Kimax TRUCK ON-BOARD SCALES

The accure weighing... always

Mérlegtechnika

Why important the weighing of trucks more and more?

The intersifying trfic control on the roads, the driving safety and operational safety put more and more costs on the freighters. The right optimalization of the freights and keeping the tafic rules can be reduced these costs and  significantly can be reduced the costs of the wear of vehicles, repair of vehicles and transport became more efficient.

Goals of on-board weighing systems

TRUCK ON-BOARD WEIGHING SYSTEMS

  • avoiding of overload fines

  • tracking the load - printings or GPRS-tracking of weights

  • avoiding of overload wear and costs

  • avoiding of traffic accidents and asset preservation

TPMS - TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEMS

  • avoids of early wear of tyres- even 30% more mileage

  • prevention of accidents - forcasting flat tyre and tyre-blowout

  • reducing fuel consumption - even 2% less diesel

  • TPMS-GPS - the only system connectable to any GPRS tracking system

PLATTFORM SCALES FOR AXLE-LOAD CONTROL

  • The - so called "slippers" - plattform scales give immediate information to drivers on the weight of the axles and of the total trucks. The legal information ensure a quick and reliable settlement between parties and deu their mobility they are really comfortable and flexible solution for safety weighing

  • with extra printer unit it serves like a "mobile-weighing house"

ENGINE OIL LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEMS

  • Automatic engine oil level control systems eliminate negligence of drivers and support continous right oil-level in the engine.

  • the optimal quality and quantity of oil reduces fuel consumption and ensure outstanding engine lifetime

  • the close-circuit oil-refilling avoids from exchanging different oils and maximalize the lifetime of the exhaust filtering system

  • due reliability of vehicle is increasing the operational costs are reducing radically

These systems making continous profit to the owners.

TRUCK ON SYSTEMS AND AXLE-LOAD CONTROL DEVICES

The retrofit onboard weighing systems for truck&trailers controlling the axle and total loads of vehicles are more reliable and accure than OEM axle-load weighing devices. This big positive difference is coming from its own communicytion system not having communication problems between truck and trialer sensoring devices.

Weighing systems are divided into three different types:

Operation of truck scales:

weighing

Kimax onboard truck weighing systems weighs the alxe loads and total load of a truck/trailer displaying the accure value of each air- or rigid sensors. Number of applied sensors are depending on the giben axle and suspension.

By air suspension the vehicle's (mechanical or electronical) levelling valve gives air pressure into air-balls according to its load. This pressure of controlled air gives information to sensors on the axle load. When using rigid suspension the force of leafs of leavespring or in axle is measured by high-resolution SG sensors which is the base of load calculation.

After installation of the sysem we make a calibration where given sensor values are programmed to etalon (legal for trade weighbridge) by empty and full loaded truck.

The truck and the trailer has individual weighing equipment so when all parts are calibrated trailers can be changed to different trucks or tractors - the weighing information remains accure and no forther setup or calibration needed by exchanging trailers..

The axle load control devices works on the same principle but they are more simple equipments giving information only on the axle or group-of-axles it is fit on.
